All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are correct at the time of publishing. They include all government taxes.

Check in time is 2.00pm — Check out time is 10.00am. 

An Early Check-In may be available from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm for NZ$150.  Check ins earlier than 6am requite the previous night to be booked

A Late Check-Out may be available from 10: 00 am to 6:00 pm for NZ$150. Check outs later than 6pm require the night to be booked.

Payment Policy

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are correct at the time of publishing.

A deposit of 20% of the booking total is required to secure a booking. This will be charged 24 hours after receiving the booking. We accept Visa or MasterCard and direct credit payments to either a New Zealand or Cook Islands based bank account.  Full payment will be charged 30 days from arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation advice must be received via email to bookings@murivistavillas.com

-Cancellations made 30 days or more from arrival will receive a full refund less any processing fees.
-Cancellations made within 29 days of arrival will be charged the full amount of the stay. minus any nights resold
-No shows and early departure will be charged full amount.

We highly recommend that guests take out Travel Insurance to cover any other unexpected eventualities that may prevent you from travelling.
